How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?


We will try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, it will depend on which third-party company the product is from, whether we have the item in stock in our store, and if we need to wait for other online orders to come in before we make the third-party order (however, you can pay extra shipping costs if you need it here ASAP). In short, most orders will take approximately two weeks, but some may take up to four or five.




When Do I Pay For My Item?


You pay for your item at checkout when shopping online. However, if the item comes to our store with any damages, we will either re-order the item, or refund your order.




Can You Help Me Choose What To Order?


Absolutely! We offer in-home consultations where an interior design expert will walk through every detail of your home with you. We will help you decide which pieces may work best and where. A one hour home-consult is $100 and can be booked by emailing kaitlyn@kaitlynshular.com




What If The Product I Order Discontinues?


We do our best to keep our online products up to date. However, decor trends are always changing. If you order an item that has been discontinued by our supplier, you will be given a full refund.
